What does debt abuse mean?
Attorney Sergei Lemberg talks about debt abuse and your rights.

This number calls me continuously!
They keep for me but are continuously calling my husband’s cell phone when they have my number on file”,
Midland Credit Management will not stop calling. They say I owe for a Paypal credit account, and I have never had such an account at any point. They also had a home address that was more than ten years ago. They’ve refused to provide any additional information about said debt and refused to return any calls or messages left for a manager. They’ve been rude and refuse to tell me anything about this debt. Given that they had such an old address and that I’ve never had a Paypal credit account, I don’t feel that this is legitimate but every attempt to investigate has been stymied by Midland Credit Management.”,
