They have called so many times and they say to press 4 if the person is not living here so I pressed 4 many times. The person they are calling does not live here. Once a real person came on the line and I informed them no such person lives here and to take my number off their list. 2 weeks later the calls started again.

A collection agency that uses a local number for Their IVR systems I called back multiple times being disconnected every time until the 5th call back someone finally who did not purposefully disconnect on me named Vernon claimed to be with west asset management. I had my number removed and he was implying that the disconnected were technical difficulties when I could clearly hear someone answer then disconnect Pretty sketchy if you ask me.
