TOP COMMENT : anonymous user,

“They call my cell phone several times a day. If they have my cell phone then they have my account number. They ask for my full account number and social security number. I tell me I don't share that information over the phone. They get very frustrated because I will not provided. They are calling me so they have to have the information. I then call the 1-800 number on the back of my credit one card. My account is current - within the credit limits - their on no issues with my account. The next time they call I tell them I called the 1-800 and there's no issues with my acct and ask why are they calling. They then hang up. Watch these people....they can be dangerous if you provide them with your information. ”

Yeah…very interesting that I decided to Google this number: 210-892-2188. I believe it is associated with Credit One Bank. Well, I called them, via an 800# on the back of the card to find out why I was getting a bill that was showing me as “being late” with my payment, when, in fact, when I called at the end of the previous month—the recording didn’t say that I was in arrears. After speaking with a Representative who invariably seemed to be from some 3rd world country, he gave me some story about the billing cycle which didn’t make sense. Anyway, they decided to waive the late fee if I could make the minimum payment. I said that I’d be glad to do it but that they’d have to call back. I had just gone to bed at 6am…it was now 8:20am or something like this, and I damn sure wasn’t gonna get into any extended phone conversation at the moment. My story goes on, but suffice it to say that these guys are RELENTLESS, RUDE, AND CALL ALL FREAKIN’ DAY…ABOUT 8 TO 10 TIMES PER DAY. And what’s more is that they never announce who they are. When they call they say “Hello! Is this John?” Like they know me from waay back or something. I’m sorry that my comment is so long, itz just that these guys call so much that I was curious and so I Googled them….and guess what…? I’m not the only one whom they’ve been hassling. You Are Not Alone!

this is a predatory call from credit one. this is an assisted living facility and they are looking for a former employee and do not care how they tie up our business and fax line. do not use their services because you will only be able to talk to someone over seas and not state side. besides, i will get the number to their corporate offices in nevada and begin my harassment of their lines to see how they like it. what they are doing is illegal and i will turn them over to the authorities and file legal action against them.

Well I got this card the date due is the 18th and today is the 19th. They started calling yesterday on my cell I got a write up. They called 5 times in two hours and I now am getting another write up and will be terminated so I shut my phone off and now the got my daughter’s number. Her private home phone she works 3rd shift and needs to sleep.I understand doing their job but not to driving a person crazy

Caller from this number claims to represent a bank looking for a Laura Rodriguez. They have been advised that no person by this name is known by me or associated with this number. Repeated requests have been made to request they refrain from calling this number looking for their account holder. I have been advised they will make notations on their account and remove this number from their files. Neither the supervisors nor CSR’s have yet to discontinue the numerous calls (often times as many as 10 daily).

They will start calling if your account is 10 days past due. They wont stop until your account is current (even if you make arrangements to pay).

They are relentless. I just called them 2 days ago to say the payment would be late..now they call minimum of 10 times a day..not kidding. Calls are anywhere from 10 minutes apart to 30 minutes apart. Paying the card off & going with another company. I got less harassment in divorce court! ….o.0….

it’s an annoying debt collector, i’ve told them so many times before that I’ll make the payment in 3 days, but the calls persist. As soon as I pay off my debt I’m taking the business elsewhere
