“This company called me, my husband, friends and family saying we owe a bill from a company we do not even use. They said they would clear out all bank accounts, clear my business and home of all possessions, and have a deputy remove my cash registers. When I explained to her this was not a debt nor do I do business with the company, she said she had mounds of documents and contracts with my name on them but she refused to send me a copy! I hope these people are shut down and penalized personally!”

What does debt abuse mean?
Attorney Sergei Lemberg talks about debt abuse and your rights.
This company called me, my husband, friends and family saying we owe a bill from a company we do not even use. They said they would clear out all bank accounts, clear my business and home of all possessions, and have a deputy remove my cash registers. When I explained to her this was not a debt nor do I do business with the company, she said she had mounds of documents and contracts with my name on them but she refused to send me a copy! this girl named alex called my mother in law and demaded to speak to me or my husband when my mother inlaw told them that it wasn’t mine or his phone she was calling she got rude… so I called the number back they were rude and hungup on me when I told them they weren’t getting any more info then my name she was very rude told me to get a job pay my bills that’s its not roclet sience is this a csam
She works for a collection agency – It is called spoofing when the caller ID displays a different number other than a correct call back number or ID. Keep photo records of the displays and details of the calls. It is deceptive practice and unlawful.I doubt if that is a real person because she refused to confrim that is her true name on the recorded conversation. I also told her to stop calling my personal number and remove it from the list – she refused and promised to call me on my number every day until I paid a bill that is not my debt. To add to this, I know it is a false claim because I have a release that states the account is paid in full by the company that she claims she is collecting for. This collection agency has also called coworkers on their home lines with same tatcics.I plan to consult legal advice. She is personally for harrassing me for a debt that is not legally mine, and has been satisfied.
This nutty lady called and insisted I owe money to a foot clinic I’ve never heard of. When I told her she had to document the debt, per the law, she insisted she had no such obligation. I told her not to call here again, and that she has 30 days to document the debt or it’s cancelled.
Rude and abusive! Tried to explain situation, called me rude and abusive because it wasn’t what she wanted to hear! Keeps calling a business phone leaving rude comments, what a sport!
